Accounts Payable Manager

Salary: $50.00 to $60.00 hourly

Description

Robert Half Management Resouces is seeking an AP Manager on an interim basis for one of our manufacturing clients. This role is a one-person department handling all aspects of the AP process.

Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle Accounts Payable, including invoice processing and vendor payments.
• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain the general ledger, ensuring entries are accurate and timely.
• Oversee credit card transactions and reconciliations.
• Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or questions about bills or payments.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Extensive experience managing all areas of Accounts Payable.
• Hands-on experience with Sage software (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of bank reconciliations, general ledger maintenance, and expense reporting.
• Proactive self-starter who can manage tasks independently.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Must be comfortable working onsite in Springville, UT, 5 days a week.
