We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist in the Healthcare/NHS industry, located in Hialeah, Florida. The role is based in a small, fast-paced office environment where you will be responsible for handling various accounting duties.Responsibilities:• Efficiently process high volumes of customer credit applications.• Keep precise records of customer credit data.• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner.• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions.• Handle the cutting of checks.• Manage multiple invoices, with the ability to handle complex invoices that encompass multiple items.• Utilize Microsoft Dynamics to process an average of 300-500 invoices weekly.• Respond promptly to calls from parents within the foster care system.• Be available in the office on Thursdays and other random days as needed.• Use accounting skills such as Account Coding, Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, Concur, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning.• Perform other accounting functions such as Accrual Accounting, Auditing, and Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions.
