This role centers around the management of high volume multi-location accounts payable, as well as heavy filing of invoices. Responsibilities:• Overseeing the processing of a high volume of accounts payable across multiple locations.• Examining, approving, and processing employee expense reports.• Utilizing Microsoft Office software, particularly Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, in daily tasks.• Keeping track of customer accounts and taking appropriate action when necessary.• Ensuring the maintenance of accurate customer credit records.• Handling customer inquiries and providing prompt and accurate responses.• Processing customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency.
