This role is crucial in maintaining the financial integrity of our organization through effective accounts payable management. The role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity, with possibility of becoming permanent. Responsibilities: • Oversee the processing of customer credit applications to ensure accuracy and efficiency• Manage the maintenance of comprehensive customer credit records• Handle customer inquiries and resolve them in a timely and detail-oriented manner• Monitor customer accounts and execute appropriate actions when required• Utilize accounting software systems to streamline accounts payable processes• Perform accrival accounting tasks and regular auditing to maintain financial accuracy• Implement the ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning system in daily operations• Manage the account coding process and ensure it aligns with financial regulations• Use Automated Clearing House (ACH) for efficient financial transactions
