Responsibilities
- Accurately coding account information using relevant software systems
- Handling accounts payable functions with precision and timeliness
- Utilizing ADP - Financial Services for various accounting tasks
- Regularly auditing accounts to ensure financial accuracy
- Using Concur and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning to streamline accounting processes
- Conducting accrual accounting tasks as part of the role
- Managing Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions as required
- Monitoring customer accounts and taking corrective actions when necessary
- Resolving customer inquiries in a detail oriented and timely manner
- Maintaining accurate customer credit records and processing applications efficiently
- Must possess proficiency in Account Coding
- Familiarity with Accounting Software Systems is required
- Knowledge of ADP - Financial Services is essential
- Expertise in using Concur is a must
- Proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is necessary
- Demonstrated ability to perform Accounting Functions
- Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) is necessary
- Understanding of Accrual Accounting is required
- Auditing skills are a prerequisite for this role
- Familiarity with Automated Clearing House (ACH) is a plus
