Responsibilities :
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries regarding their accounts
- Accurately process customer credit applications
- Maintain up-to-date and precise customer credit records
- Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions
- Manage billing functions in an organized and efficient manner
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and Sage Software for account reconciliation
- Oversee revenue reporting for the Oil & Gas sector
- Leverage Adobe Acrobat for document management and sharing
- Ensure all accounts receivable actions comply with industry standards and practices
- Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is essential
- Must have experience in Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Should be adept at handling Billing functions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
- Familiarity with Sage Software is a plus
- Experience in Oil & Gas - Revenue Reporting will be advantageous
- Should possess skills in managing various Billing Functions
- Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat is desirable
