Accounts Receivable Clerk

Salary: $45000.00 to $50000.00 yearly

Description

Responsibilities:

• Perform account reconciliation through cash application, issuing of credit transactions, and other miscellaneous entries
• Work closely with various departments to address and resolve customer-related issues
• Manage the customer invoicing process and ensure accurate and timely payment
• Utilize available tools to enhance efficiency in all tasks
• Handle the collection of overdue balances from customers
• Identify and rectify any invoicing issues
• Deal with potential tax issues and handle different currencies and currency conversions when necessary
  
  
  

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation
• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)
