In this role, the Accounts Receivable Manager will supervise and manage a team, be responsible for various accounting functions, and use their skills in Accounting Software Systems, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, and General Ledger.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the Accounts Receivable team, ensuring effective and efficient operations.
- Monitor and manage the Accounts Receivable ledger, identifying and addressing any discrepancies or issues.
- Implement and maintain accurate accounting records, conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy.
- Facilitate the processing of customer credit applications, ensuring they are handled efficiently and accurately.
- Conduct regular account reconciliations, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
- Handle cash activities and manage cash handling processes in line with company policies and procedures.
- Use Accounting Software Systems and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for various accounting functions.
- Assist with deposits, exports, and reconciliations to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Utilize skills in Aged Receivables, Ledger Account Analysis, and Ledger Account Reconciliation to manage and analyze account data.
- Work closely with the team to manage collections and write-offs, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately and efficiently.
- Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
- Experience with Epic Software
- Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
- Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions
- Expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Knowledge of Billing Functions
- Experience with Cash Activity and Cash Handling
- Proficiency in using Accounts Receivables Systems
- Ability to manage Aged Receivables
- Competency in General Ledger maintenance
- Skills in Ledger Account Analysis
- Proficiency in Ledger Account Reconciliation
- Experience in Ledger Accounting
- Ability to execute Ledger Close procedures
