We are seeking a part-time Admin Assistant to join our team located in Salt Lake City, Utah for a month contract. The primary function of the role is to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records. The work schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, 8 am to 3 pm. The office is located near S. Main St. and 200 S. Responsibilities:• Efficiently manage incoming phone calls • Execute data entry tasks with precision • Manage patient scheduling, including check-in and check-out procedures, utilizing knowledge of EPIC EMR • Handle copay collection from patients • Execute general front desk duties, excluding any clinical responsibilities.
