CPA client in San Ramon is seeking a temp to hire Administrative Assistant.Administrative Assistant responsibilities:• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner to maintain customer satisfaction• Use Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting• Perform data entry tasks to update the accounting system with the latest information• Scan and photocopy documents as necessary for record-keeping and compliance purposes, tax document assembly • Collaborate with other team members to ensure the office is running smoothly• Act as the receptionist back upThe qualified candidate must be able to work overtime during the busy tax season and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
