This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities:• Facilitate efficient and clear communication within the team and between accountants and partners.• Assist in preparing the Tax Department for the upcoming tax season.• Handle the management and organization of all ongoing projects within the department.• Update and maintain the project database, ensuring accuracy and easy access.• Demonstrate excellent time management skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.• Provide customer service by answering inbound calls and handling email correspondence.• Perform data entry tasks and schedule appointments as needed.• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word to perform tasks and maintain records.• Handle inbound and outbound calls as part of customer service.
