We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator in Indianapolis, Indiana. As an Administrative Coordinator, your role will be pivotal in maintaining the smooth operation of our office by managing databases, handling internal accounting tasks, and acting as a point of contact for IT Managed Services. This role is integral to our team, maintaining the detail oriented and safe working environment we pride ourselves on.Responsibilities:• Administering customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency• Managing and maintaining databases and filing systems for optimal organization• Coordinating the duplication and distribution of various materials to facilitate communication and workflow• Regularly preparing statistical reports on a daily and weekly basis• Acting as a liaison with janitorial and maintenance services to ensure a clean and functional work environment• Serving as a point of contact for IT Managed Services, troubleshooting issues as they arise• Assisting with internal accounting processes, including but not limited to A/R, A/P, bank deposits, and semi-monthly billing• Composing memos, letters, and other materials from rough drafts or oral instructions• Maintaining and ordering necessary office supplies and equipment• Distributing and dropping off mail and UPS packages as necessary• Providing backup support in all departments as needed.
