We are in search of an Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. This role is focused on the administration of municipal code decisions including reviewing requests, researching applicable codes, and delivering a decision. This position includes interacting with the public, delivering logical problem-solving skills, and composing written decisions. This position is contract to hire, Monday-Friday, and the company will provide on-the-job training and career development.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate communication and interactions with the public while maintaining a detail oriented and calm demeanor
- Conduct thorough reviews of proposed plans and research the necessary code requirements
- Make informed business decisions that are clearly and concisely written down for reference
- Utilize CRM tools to process customer applications accurately and maintain up-to-date customer records
- Provide written reports and conduct research as part of your regular administrative duties
- Attend and participate in evening meetings as part of your regular responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries, monitor customer accounts, and take appropriate action when necessary
- Display proficient reading comprehension of technical documents, laws, regulations, and customer supplied documents
- Utilize your technical writing skills to document your work and decisions in a clear and concise manner
- Answer inbound calls and provide excellent communication to all callers.
- Proven experience in CRM systems is necessary, as the incumbent will be required to manage and maintain customer relationships.
- Must have a solid background in handling inbound calls, demonstrating excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication skills are imperative, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with team members and clients.
- Proficiency in report writing is essential, as the role involves compiling and presenting information in a clear and concise manner.
- Technical writing skills are required to produce documents such as user guides, manuals, and other instructional materials.
- The candidate should have the ability to make informed business decisions, demonstrating a strong understanding of the company's goals and strategies.
