Responsibilities
- Proactively engage in telemarketing activities to prospect new clients and introduce insurance products.
- Employ sales strategies to convert leads into satisfied customers while meeting or exceeding agency expectations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional service and responding to inquiries with urgency and professionalism.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and reliability for long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team and other internal departments to ensure client needs are met effectively.
- Achieve targeted sales goals during the temp phase and demonstrate consistent productivity for potential commission opportunities once permanent.
- Attend comprehensive on-site training sessions to develop expertise in insurance products and agency workflows.
- Ability to effectively handle 50 outbound calls a day
- Experience in Salesforce Marketing, with the ability to drive sales strategies
- Strong skills in calendar management and scheduling
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Adept at coordinating administrative activities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Qualifications:
- PMC Certification preferred; candidates must obtain certification to become eligible for permanent placement.
- Proven telemarketing skills with the ability to cold-call, handle objections, and convert prospects into clients.
- Strong sales acumen, including experience meeting quotas or contributing to team sales goals.
- Exceptional communication and client service skills, both written and verbal.
- Professional demeanor with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site work environment.
