Job Description: Client Service Coordinator/ Administrative Coordinator – Insurance Agency

Position Type: Temp-to-Perm (must obtain PMC Certification to transition to permanent employment)

Location: Fully On-Site

Compensation: Hourly during temp period; potential opportunity for commission when converted to perm

About The Role

Our client, a reputable insurance agency, is seeking a motivated and driven Client Service Coordinator to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will act as a key touchpoint for client communications, focusing on telemarketing, sales, and providing excellent customer service. With top-tier training offered on a fully on-site basis, this role is perfect for individuals looking to sharpen their skills and grow within the insurance industry. Candidates who possess a PMC (Property & Casualty) Certification are highly preferred, and obtaining the certification will be required for permanent placement.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage in telemarketing activities to prospect new clients and introduce insurance products.
  • Employ sales strategies to convert leads into satisfied customers while meeting or exceeding agency expectations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional service and responding to inquiries with urgency and professionalism.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and reliability for long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team and other internal departments to ensure client needs are met effectively.
  • Achieve targeted sales goals during the temp phase and demonstrate consistent productivity for potential commission opportunities once permanent.
  • Attend comprehensive on-site training sessions to develop expertise in insurance products and agency workflows.


Requirements

  • Ability to effectively handle 50 outbound calls a day
  • Experience in Salesforce Marketing, with the ability to drive sales strategies
  • Strong skills in calendar management and scheduling
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Adept at coordinating administrative activities
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Qualifications:
  • PMC Certification preferred; candidates must obtain certification to become eligible for permanent placement.
  • Proven telemarketing skills with the ability to cold-call, handle objections, and convert prospects into clients.
  • Strong sales acumen, including experience meeting quotas or contributing to team sales goals.
  • Exceptional communication and client service skills, both written and verbal.
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site work environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to the insurance industry through provided on-site training programs.
