Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and coordinating communications.
- Prepare and organize internal documents and reports to support management.
- Assist with expense tracking, invoice processing, and budget preparation as required.
Operations Assistance:
- Provide hands-on support across various departments, including logistics, customer service, and technical teams as needed.
- Ensure smooth workflows and troubleshoot any operational challenges.
- Coordinate vendor relationships, office supplies, and other external services.
Project Management:
- Participate in key initiatives to support growth and scalability, taking ownership of tasks that align with operational goals.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure priorities are met.
- Provide administrative coordination for team members to ensure productivity and efficiency.
General Duties:

Qualifications:
