You will collaborate with internal departments, vendors, and external partners to ensure smooth and effective payment operations.Key Responsibilities:Process invoices and match with purchase orders, contracts, and receipts.Review and verify payment requests, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Prepare and process weekly and monthly payments, including ACH, checks, and wire transfers.Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records and files.Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.Prepare reports and provide insights on accounts payable activity.Manage communication with vendors, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues.Ensure compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.Assist with audits and other accounting functions as needed.
