Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and design of Appian-based solutions to enhance back-office operations within the financial services space.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure alignment of Appian architecture with organizational goals and industry best practices.
- Oversee the end-to-end implementation of Appian applications, ensuring quality and scalability.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams to ensure project success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Appian with APIs, Kafka, and other platforms, as needed.
Core Requirements:
- 3-5 years of Appian experience, including architecture and design.
- Proven experience in back-office architecture within the financial services space.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with APIs, Kafka, and other integration platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in the banking and financial services sector.
