Position Summary:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Application Support Analyst to join our IT team. This role is responsible for providing technical and functional support for business-critical applications. The ideal candidate will serve as a key point of contact for users, troubleshoot application issues, coordinate with vendors or internal development teams, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of software platforms.Responsibilities:Provide first and second-level support for enterprise applications and resolve end-user issues in a timely and professional manner.Monitor application performance and health, identifying and escalating issues when needed.Log, track, and manage support tickets using a service management platform (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk).Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, QA, developers, and vendors, to troubleshoot and resolve system bugs or outages.Assist in application testing, updates, upgrades, and patching.Document system configurations, known issues, and solutions to create a knowledge base for internal teams.Support data analysis, reporting, and extraction tasks related to supported applications.Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and support post-deployment activities.Provide training and guidance to users on system features and best practices.Ensure compliance with security protocols, data integrity standards, and IT policies.
