Requirements
- Possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Hold a current license to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction.
- Display strong proficiency in Personal Injury Litigation or Insurance Defense Litigation.
- Demonstrate exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Show a high level of ethics and reliability.
- Have a strong ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Display an ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Show strong research skills and attention to detail.
- Possess experience with legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuing development and staying updated with changes in laws and regulations.
