Salisbury, NC is nestled between Charlotte, NC, Winston-Salem, NC and Greensboro, NC. Paralegal role is critical in assisting with personal injury cases, including car, motorcycle, and trucking accidents, workers compensation, wrongful death, and cases involving hazardous chemicals.

- Conduct thorough research to bolster legal proceedings
- Aid in the creation and review of legal documents
- Uncover facts to aid in the settlement of legal disputes
- Ensure strict compliance with both state and federal regulations
- Maintain precise records of client information
- Handle the filing of pleadings, issuing of subpoenas and responses to discovery
- Offer litigation support, including e-filing and court filing.
- Demonstrable skills in Litigation Paralegal tasks
- Experience in Injury Litigation
- Ability to perform e-Filing tasks effectively
- Court Filing procedures
- Legal research
- Must be able to provide Litigation Support
