Responsibilities
- Provide strategic counsel on regulatory compliance, risk management, zoning and title review
- Handle negotiations with developers, investors, lenders, and other parties representing our clients
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts for commercial real estate transactions, including loan documents and lease agreements
- Offer legal advice on financing structures such as secured lending, joint ventures, and equity investments in collaboration with other attorneys
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence and manage title and survey reviews for real estate transactions
- Facilitate the structuring and closing of real estate and financing transactions
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient deal completion.
