Our client, an insurance defense firm in Manasquan, NJ, is looking to add two attorneys to their team. This is a full-time position with flexibility for remote work. The Litigation Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling legal research, drafting motions, preparing for depositions, and representing clients in court proceedings. The practice areas involved will be insurance defense, insurance coverage, product liability, auto negligence, premises liability, commercial litigation, and bad faith and UM / UIM claims. The firm has a relaxed atmosphere and opportunity for growth. Qualified candidates require 1 years of litigation experience and a penchant for learning!
Location : Manasquan, NJ
Schedule : hybrid. 3-4 days in office, 1-2 days at home.
Salary : DOE : $90-$120K
Qualifications
- 1 years of experience
- Law and Courts skills

- Proficiency in legal research
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
