Requirements
- Analyze complex legal and factual issues, conduct comprehensive legal research, and develop effective defense strategies.
- Prepare pleadings, discovery documents, motions, briefs, and other legal filings.
- Conduct depositions, including expert and fact witness examinations.
- Provide clear and timely legal counsel to clients and claims professionals.
- Represent clients in trials, hearings, arbitrations, and other dispute resolution proceedings.
- Communicate effectively with courts, witnesses, opposing counsel, and internal teams.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active Delaware bar admission (admissions in other states will be considered).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Bankruptcy or experience in Delaware courts.
- Litigation experience, including depositions, discovery, motions practice, and oral argument.
- Strong legal research and writing abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to professional growth and client service.
