- Answer and manage inbound calls in a detail oriented manner
- Provide top-notch customer service in a call center environment
- Conduct data entry tasks with precision and accuracy
- Maintain a high level of email correspondence with customers
- Efficiently handle inbound and outbound calls
- Proficiently use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for various tasks
- Oversee order entry operations effectively
- Schedule appointments as required by customers
- Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when needed
- Proficiency in both English and a second language
- Experience in answering inbound calls in a detail-oriented manner
- Prior experience in a call center customer service role
- Excellent customer service skills and a customer-focused approach
- Proficiency in data entry with high level of accuracy
- Ability to handle email correspondence effectively and in a detail-oriented manner
- Experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Experience in order entry and processing
- Ability to schedule appointments efficiently and accurately
