Description
- E-Billing Platform Management:
- Set up and maintain client profiles in electronic billing platforms.
- Monitor and manage e-billing systems to ensure timely submission and processing of invoices.
- Compliance and Accuracy:
- Ensure e-billing submissions comply with client guidelines and requirements.
- Conduct audits and resolve discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
- Reporting and Analytical Support:
- Generate, analyze, and distribute e-billing reports to stakeholders.
- Implement process improvements based on analytics and results.
- Collaboration and Support:
- Work closely with accounting, finance, and legal departments to ensure smooth billing processes.
- Communicate with external clients to resolve issues or escalate concerns when necessary.
- Troubleshooting:
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to e-billing platforms quickly.
- Liaise with providers or vendors for platform updates or troubleshooting, as needed.
- Proven experience in e-billing, billing administration, or accounts receivable (3 years preferred).
- Familiarity with popular e-billing platforms (e.g., Serengeti, Collaborati, Tymetrix, or BillBlast).
- Excellent attention to detail and data management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong communication skills to address inquiries effectively and professionally.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not required).
