We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Sr. Billing & Accounts Payable Specialist with a strong background in Department of Energy (DOE) regulations including Uniform Guidance (2 CFR 200), Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR 31), and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS). Key focus areas for this position include preparing and processing billing, accounts payable, reconciliations, and project reporting in accordance with contractual requirements.
