Responsibilities
- Handle the complete Accounts Payable (AP) cycle, ensuring accurate and timely processing
- Manage the Accounts Receivable (AR) function, including invoice creation and debt collection
- Perform bank reconciliations regularly to ensure accuracy of financial records
- Maintain the General Ledger, ensuring all entries are accurate and up-to-date
- Prepare and post journal entries as part of the month-end close process
- Utilize financial software such as NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various accounting tasks
- Ensure all financial records are accurate and ready for any audits or reviews.
- Manufacturing industry experience is required
- An accounting degree or similar is required.
- Proficiency with complete cycle accounting
- Ability to handle month-end close processes efficiently.
- Must be skilled in QuickBooks.
