In this role, you will be tasked with various responsibilities related to bookkeeping, human resources, and administrative tasks. You will work closely with the team and directly report to the President.Responsibilities:• Efficiently handle customer credit applications.• Ensure that customer credit records are accurate and up-to-date.• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner.• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action as required.• Reconcile accounts and manage payable and receivable accounts.• Conduct bank reconciliations and maintain proper bookkeeping.• Manage data entry tasks and ensure accuracy of information.• Use Microsoft Excel to manage and analyze data.• Handle month-end close activities.• Manage payroll activities and use QuickBooks for bookkeeping.
Salary : $65,000 - $70,000
