You will be dealing with QuickBooks desktop and Zoho CRM, and you will be required to perform a variety of tasks from data entry to account reconciliation.Responsibilities:• Account reconciliation to ensure accurate financial reporting• Managing both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable• Conducting bank reconciliations to verify the company's records match the bank's records• General bookkeeping tasks to support the accounting department• Data entry tasks as required• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting• Assisting in month-end close procedures• Processing payroll in a timely and accurate manner• Efficient use of QuickBooks for accounting and financial tasks.
