You will be administering bookkeeping services to a diverse portfolio of small businesses and building strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities• Manage bookkeeping for a diverse portfolio of small businesses• Utilize QuickBooks desktop and online to maintain accurate financial records• Engage with clients regularly to understand their needs and provide tailored financial services• Assist in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions• Travel to client locations within 30 minutes of the office for in-person meetings and discussions• Contribute to the growth of the company by ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
