Responsibilities:• Carry out account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance• Handle accounts payable duties, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all payment activities• Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and cash application• Perform bank reconciliations regularly to ensure accuracy in financial statements• Maintain bookkeeping and financial records, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded• Execute data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data management• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and financial reporting• Oversee month-end close processes, ensuring all financial data is accurate and up to date• Manage payroll processes, ensuring all employees are paid accurately and on time• Utilize QuickBooks for financial management and reporting• Prepare journal entries and post them to the general ledger• Maintain the general ledger, ensuring accuracy in all financial data• Manage debits and credits, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and balanced
