We are seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Bookkeeping and Administrative Assistant to support our busy office in Fort Lauderdale. This role will primarily serve as a backup to the Office Manager in handling bookkeeping and reconciliation tasks while providing additional administrative support during downtime. The position involves working with QuickBooks Online, supporting accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) processes, reconciling bank and credit/debit accounts, and assisting with data entry and donor management.
