We are inviting applications for a part-time Bookkeeper to join our team in Minnetonka, Minnesota. The successful candidate will be skilled in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll, with a strong background in Bookkeeping. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. This role will be 20 hours a week.Responsibilities:• Oversee the accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications.• Ensure the maintenance of precise customer credit records.• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner.• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions as needed.• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) tasks.• Responsible for the reconciliation of accounts.• Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.• Perform data entry tasks related to bookkeeping.• Utilize Microsoft Excel for various accounting tasks.• Handle Month End Close activities.• Administer payroll duties.• Use QuickBooks for various bookkeeping tasks.
