We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Entry Level Accountant in the Property Management industry. The workplace will be a dynamic environment where you will be managing a variety of tasks from processing payroll, handling data entry and accounting duties, to undertaking responsibilities related to benefits & human resources administration and recruitment & corporate branding.Responsibilities:• Accurately and promptly process bi-weekly payroll, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.• Maintain and manage employee records, payroll software, and accruals.• Handle significant data entry tasks • Administer company benefit plans including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.• Address and resolve payroll-related issues and discrepancies, ensuring employees' benefits-related inquiries are addressed promptly.• Coordinate benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations.• Assist with administrative and clerical work, supporting team members with various projects and initiatives.• Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from job postings and candidate screening to interviewing and onboarding.• Utilize social media and other platforms to develop and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top talent.• Ensure accurate internal and external billing functions.
