We are in search of a Bookkeeper for our team located in Post Falls, Idaho. This position primarily involves managing tasks related to accounts payable/receivable and assisting with month-end close. As a Bookkeeper, you will be expected to maintain precise financial records, manage accounting tasks, and provide administrative support, all while abiding by company policies.Responsibilities• Administer all aspects of accounts payable and receivable, from processing invoices to scheduling payments and managing collections.• Regularly reconcile accounts payable and receivable, resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner.• Ensure the accuracy of financial records and data within our accounting systems.• Address any payment-related concerns or queries in collaboration with vendors and clients.• Work closely with management to implement and enhance efficient processes.• Participate in bank and account reconciliations
