The role encompasses a variety of tasks related to account reconciliation, bookkeeping, and processing payments in the industry.Responsibilities:• Oversee and manage accounts payable and receivable• Execute account reconciliation tasks on a regular basis• Assist with the month-end close process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting• Conduct bank reconciliations, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate and up to date• Utilize Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks for data entry and financial tracking• Handle payroll operations, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time• Process customer payments, maintaining a consistent cash flow for the company• Utilize Paycom software for payroll and HR management tasks• Maintain accurate financial records for the company as per industry standards• Assist with any other bookkeeping tasks as required by the team.
