As a Bookkeeper, you will be tasked with maintaining the financial records of our company, handling a variety of accounting responsibilities such as account reconciliation, managing accounts payable and receivable, and performing bank reconciliations. Responsibilities• Oversee all aspects of accounts payable and receivable• Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of financial records• Handle account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance• Conduct bank reconciliations regularly to ensure accuracy• Utilize QuickBooks for all accounting tasks• Manage the month end close process efficiently • Handle payroll duties for the company• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and financial reporting• Maintain and manage the bookkeeping activities of the company.
