We are currently offering an exciting opportunity in Greenville, Pennsylvania, for a Bookkeeper to join our team. The role is within the accounting industry and involves managing a range of tasks related to bookkeeping and payroll.
Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently processing Accounts Receivable (AR) invoicing and Accounts Payable (AP)
- Conducting regular bank reconciliations and account reconciliations
- Ensuring the accurate entry of data into the system
- Monitoring and maintaining customer credit records
- Learning and managing the payroll system
- Assisting with the month-end close process
- Serving as a backup for the payroll person in the team
- Daily cash posting and other related tasks as required
- Proficiency in Account Reconciliation
- Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
- Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Ability to perform Bank Reconciliations
- Experience in Bookkeeping
- Proficient in Data Entry
- Mastery of Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Month End Close
- Ability to handle Payroll
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
