As a key member of our team, you'll handle a variety of tasks related to our financial records including the processing of accounts payable and receivable, account reconciliation, and data entry.
Responsibilities
- Accurately processing accounts payable and receivable
- Conducting account reconciliation activities to ensure accuracy of financial data
- Handling data entry tasks related to financial transactions
- Using QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial management tasks
- Using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial reporting
- Conducting bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records
- Handling month-end close procedures to ensure timely reporting
- Processing payroll for employees, ensuring accurate and timely payment
- Maintaining accurate financial records for future reference and audits.
- Proficient in Account Reconciliation to ensure accuracy and consistency in financial data.
- Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) to manage outgoing payments and invoices.
- Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR) to handle incoming payments and monitor outstanding debts.
- Ability to conduct Bank Reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
- Proven experience in Bookkeeping, including maintaining ledgers and preparing financial statements.
- Competence in Data Entry, ensuring accuracy and speed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial reporting.
- Experience with Month End Close processes to timely finalize financial data for reporting.
- Knowledge of Payroll procedures to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for managing and processing financial data.
