Responsibilities:• Oversee the entire onboarding process for supplier staff, which includes arranging orientation sessions and managing necessary documentation.• Ensure all onboarding requests are processed within a swift turnaround time.• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate a seamless transition for new supplier staff.• Manage building access and security clearance for supplier staff in accordance with set protocols.• Regularly update and input employee information into relevant systems, ensuring data accuracy and adherence to company policies.• Monitor and uphold compliance with data privacy and security standards when handling sensitive information.• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to system access, account setup, and data entry discrepancies.• Maintain an open line of communication with stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and facilities management.• Keep accurate records of onboarding activities and access permissions, generating reports for compliance and management teams as required.• Act as the primary point of contact for any access-related issues or discrepancies, coordinating with relevant teams for prompt resolution.
