As a Call Center Representative - ENT, your primary tasks will include managing high volumes of incoming calls, generating sales leads, and maintaining a comprehensive database of customer interactions.Responsibilities:• Handling a large volume of incoming calls and efficiently managing customer inquiries.• Generating sales leads and meeting prescribed sales targets.• Building and maintaining sustainable relationships with customer accounts through proactive and interactive communication.• Providing accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate methods and tools.• Identifying customer needs to ensure satisfaction and achieve service team goals.• Handling customer complaints effectively, providing suitable solutions and alternatives within specified time limits and following up for resolution.• Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing necessary documents.• Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies diligently.• Demonstrating the ability to go the extra mile to engage customers.• Utilizing the Microsoft Office Suites and other database tools to manage customer accounts and process information.• Providing technical support and Tier 1 Support to customers as needed.
