Call Center Specialist

THIS IS AN ONSITE POSITION MONDAY - SATURDAY SHIFTS We are adding to our team a Call Center Specialist, based in Federal Way, Washington. This role will involve providing exceptional customer service, addressing customer needs, and enhancing our service delivery system. The role requires handling both incoming and outgoing calls, resolving diverse issues, and guiding customers through various processes.Responsibilities:• Efficiently handle incoming customer calls regarding processes and service inquiries, and address any concerns they may have.• Make outgoing calls to customers to gather additional information, provide appointment reminders, or offer assistance with form completion.• Address and resolve issues related to backgrounds, i9's, finger printing, training, and provide information on specialized services.• Guide customers through necessary processes in accordance with guidelines, and escalate problems to the appropriate teams when necessary.• Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with all regulations and policies regarding customer information and data privacy.• Document all call information in the customer relationship management (CRM) system according to standard operating procedures.• Develop a deep understanding of healthcare programs, practices, and services.• Uphold excellent customer service techniques, demonstrating patience and empathy toward a diverse customer population.• Provide feedback to enhance the overall customer experience.• Accept ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
