Robert Half is seeking a talented and experienced Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) on behalf of our client in the Quad Cities. This executive-level position offers a dynamic opportunity to lead the strategic vision and direction for human resources, marketing, and philanthropy while helping shape the organization's culture and fostering alignment with its mission. This role has a hybrid in-office schedule requiring time in office each week to help drive culture & engagement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and communicate the organization’s vision and mission to employees, ensuring accountability across core HR functions, including compensation, benefits, training, talent acquisition, and diversity initiatives.
- Partner with the CEO to provide strategic insights and guidance on the organization’s overall positioning, while aligning with the executive team to drive unified goals.
- Analyze the talent landscape against current and future objectives, identify gaps, and develop comprehensive strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Oversee the alignment of philanthropic programs and initiatives with the company's mission and values.
- Direct the implementation of innovative marketing strategies, business models, and operational plans to advance organizational objectives.
- Manage and continuously enhance performance evaluation programs to ensure compliance, equity, and productivity across the workforce.
- Lead investigations into complaints and determine appropriate resolutions, including compliance with company policies and, when necessary, decisions on employee terminations.
- Ensure total compensation programs, including salary, benefits, and incentives, are designed to attract talent while adhering to both regulatory compliance and company philosophy.
- Implement and manage HR programs and policies to align with strategic goals and maintain adherence to federal and state regulations.
- Serve as a liaison to the Board of Directors’ Compensation Committee, providing critical insights and reports on HR operations, compensation strategies, and compliance.
- Oversee payroll and benefits administration, ensuring smooth operations.
- Lead teams in marketing, human resources, and philanthropy, ensuring effective alignment with policies, organizational goals, and legal requirements.
- Develop, oversee, and manage the budgets for human resources, philanthropy, and marketing functions.
