Client Account Coordinator - 40 hours a week, 1 Year Contract, Client in Dallas!
Robert Half, Marketing & Creative is looking for a Client Account Coordinator to bring on through end of year, at least. Client Account Coordinator will be meeting with clients throughout the day via video and phone, helping clients register and set up the beginning phases of the new app platform.
Client Account Coordinator will be trouble-shooting any set up issues and familiarizing the clients on the technology flows. Client Account Coordinator will be taking detailed information from the client, creating an internal intake document and submitting it to the internal teams for action. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a PLUS.
Client Account Coordinator - 40 hours a week, 1 Year Contract, Client in Dallas!
Client Account Coordinator MUST have the following:
- Experience in Salesforce or related CRM experience
- Proficiency with Google Workspace or similar PM tools (Jira, Asana) required
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Customer-service oriented, resourceful to problem solve
- Faith based experience is a PLUS
- Adobe Creative Suite Canva is a PLUS
