Our client, a great service leader based in Tucson, is in need for a Collections Specialist to join their team on a contract basis! This will be to help cover a medical leave, and could have the potential to go temp-to-hire after 4-6 months if it's the right match! This is a great organization that provides necessary services, and as the Collections Specialist you will be taking on:Responsibilities:• Engage in B2B collections, ensuring all receivables are properly managed• Offer customer service in a detail-oriented and friendly manner• Looking for someone who can provide solutions to their clients, and setting up payment plans as needed• Employ CRM to maintain up-to-date customer records and account activities• Handle high volume calls, both inbound and outbound, to manage customer inquiries and issues• Assist others in the team as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork• Engage in critical thinking to set up effective collection processes• Pass necessary background checks as part of the job requirement• Ensure all customer accounts are monitored and appropriate actions are taken when needed• Maintain a detail-oriented approach to managing all tasks and responsibilities.
