In this role, you will be tasked with the management and resolution of customer inquiries, processing of customer applications, and maintenance of accurate customer records. This role also entails monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions.Responsibilities:• Handle customer inquiries and provide effective resolutions• Manage and process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency• Maintain and update customer credit records ensuring accuracy at all times• Monitor customer accounts and initiate appropriate actions when necessary• Utilize Accounting Software Systems to manage financial data• Employ Accurint for effective data analysis• Leverage ADP - Financial Services for efficient financial management• Use CRM tools for managing customer relationships and improving customer service• Implement Epic Software for streamlined operations• Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) to ensure timely payments• Respond to inbound calls from customers and provide the necessary assistance• Manage billing functions and ensure accuracy in billing processes• Administer claims effectively and in a timely manner• Streamline collection processes for efficient recovery of dues.
