We are offering a permanent employment opportunity in the insurance industry at our location. We are in search of a Commercial Lines Account Manager who is adept at managing various insurance related tasks and processes.
Responsibilities
- Handle all types of commercial insurance claims and ensure their timely resolution
- Utilize CRM and accounting software systems like 3M and ADP to manage customer accounts
- Oversee the entire insurance authorization process and ensure adherence to insurance coverage policies
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in processing customer credit applications
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date customer credit records
- Actively participate in campaign planning and budget processes
- Manage the insurance eligibility verification process for customers
- Handle billing functions related to commercial insurance
- Ensure adherence to insurance policy regulations, particularly for property casualty insurance.
- Possess at least 1 year of experience in a similar role or field
- Proficient in using 3M software
- Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
- Experience in using CRM systems
- Ability to perform billing functions efficiently
- Understanding of budget processes and campaign planning
- Experience in handling insurance claims
- Expertise in commercial insurance
- Knowledge of insurance authorization procedures
- Understanding of insurance coverage options and eligibility criteria
- Ability to interpret and manage insurance policies
- Proficient in property casualty insurance.
