Key Responsibilities:
- Tenant Relations & Rent Collection: Manage tenant communications, collect rent, address concerns, and foster positive relationships.
- Lease Administration: Oversee lease agreements, ensure compliance with lease terms, and coordinate lease renewals and negotiations.
- Property Operations & Maintenance: Supervise onsite personnel and vendors, coordinate maintenance and repairs, and ensure properties are well-maintained.
- Financial Management: Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and expense management to maximize property performance.
