This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities:• Administer the calculation and processing of sales commissions with precision.• Collaborate with the Sales and Finance teams as well as HR to guarantee timely and accurate commission disbursements.• Ensure all commission plans and company policies are adhered to.• Conduct comprehensive analysis of sales data to spot trends and potential issues.• Prepare commission statements with a high degree of accuracy and review them meticulously.• Work hand in hand with the VP of Sales to secure necessary approvals for commission payouts.• Keep track of commission payments and carry out a true-up analysis.• Utilize tools such as Salesforce to gather and analyze data effectively.• Record commission accruals and deferrals by preparing journal entries.
