Hybrid position available! A client based in Newark, NJ is currently seeking a Compensation Analyst to handle a project. The Compensation Analyst will be directly responsible with market pricing, conducting salary surveys, benchmarking, conducting internal interviews with staff about their specific roles, and updates and create job descriptions. The ideal Compensation Analyst must have experience with market pricing, making compensation recommendations for all employee levels, and will be have recent experience as a liaison to HR Business Partners and business unit leaders. Strong Excel and data analytics experience is required.
